How high should I hang this pendant over a counter or island?
Leave 30-36 inches between the countertop and the bottom of the shade so light spreads without blocking sightlines. Over a dining table, the same range applies; in open walkways keep 7 feet of floor clearance.
How many of these do I need over an island?
Check the shade width under Dimensions, then space pendants 24-30 inches apart center to center: two larger pendants suit islands up to 6 feet, three medium ones suit 6-8 feet. Odd numbers usually look most balanced.
What bulbs does it take?
It takes E26/E27 bulbs up to 31W-40W. Bulbs are sold separately. We recommend warm white (2700-3000K) LEDs for living spaces.
Is it compatible with US electrical systems?
Yes - this pendant is built to US spec (110-120V) and uses standard US wiring and bases. No converter or adapter is needed.
Can I use this in a bathroom?
Only in dry zones away from direct shower spray unless the fixture is damp-rated. Over a vanity it works well; directly inside a shower enclosure requires a wet-rated fixture.
How do I clean the shade?
Switch off and let the bulb cool, then dust with a dry microfiber cloth. Vacuum gently with a brush attachment and keep it dry - moisture distorts natural fiber.
