Accent Chairs

In a corner to balance the room, beside a sofa for extra seating, by a window as a reading nook, or paired with a side table. In small rooms a single statement chair usually works better than a matched pair.

Don't match exactly — choose a chair that complements but contrasts: a different texture, a tone within the same palette, or a curved shape against a structured sofa. Exact repetition makes a room feel like a showroom.

Standard accent chairs are about 28-32in wide and deep. For tight corners or small rooms, armless slipper chairs (24-28in wide) fit better. Oversized lounge chairs (36in+ wide) suit large rooms or a focal point.

Most arrive fully assembled or only need legs attached, about 5-10 minutes with the hardware that ships with the piece. Chairs with detached cushions or modular bases take 15-20 minutes. Larger lounge chairs may ship in two boxes.
