1. About Lighom

Lighom is a home lighting and furniture retailer based in Hong Kong, shipping worldwide. References to "Lighom," "we," "our," and "us" mean Lighom and its authorized affiliates. References to "you" and "your" mean any user of our website.

 

2. Eligibility

To purchase from Lighom, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

 

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color, finish, and texture may occur due to monitor settings, photography lighting, and natural material variations.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, and availability at any time. If you have placed an order based on incorrect information, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel for a full refund.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout (US Dollars by default). Prices include applicable taxes for orders shipped duty-paid via Standard Shipping. Express Shipping orders may incur additional customs duties and import taxes payable upon delivery.

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and other major payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers — Lighom does not store your full credit card information.

 

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Reasons for rejection may include product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions to your location.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Standard shipping is free worldwide and includes pre-paid customs duties. Express shipping is calculated by order value, with the customer responsible for any customs charges. 7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. We offer a 30-day quality guarantee on damaged or defective items (free return shipping) and 14-day change-of-mind returns subject to a 15% restocking fee (customer pays return shipping). Installed lighting fixtures, custom items, and Final Sale products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on lighom.com — including text, images, logos, product designs, photography, videos, and software — is the property of Lighom or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. User Conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lighom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

If we cannot resolve the dispute, it will be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of Hong Kong, at our discretion.

For European Union customers, this clause does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, and you may bring claims in your country of residence.

 

13. Force Majeure

Lighom is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, internet outages, or labor disputes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly. Your continued use of lighom.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

15. Severability
