Minimalist Paper Rattan Handmade Black Japanese Pendant Light

Hand-wound paper rope in a tight drum shape, finished matte black. The weave catches light at different angles through the day — subtle texture that reads warm against white ceilings or exposed beams. This Japanese-style pendant works over a small dining table, breakfast nook, or as a bedside drop where you want focused light without glare.

Fits standard E26 bulbs up to 60W. The 41-inch cord adjusts shorter with a ceiling hook or cord grip (not included). Covers roughly 110–160 square feet, so it's sized for intimate spaces, not open-plan great rooms. Paper rope wipes clean with a dry cloth; avoid water.

Ships with mounting hardware. Pair with a warm Edison bulb to soften the black or a daylight LED if you need task lighting.
