This brown wood desk gives you a flat work surface, open shelves above for reference books or plants, and side drawers that keep pens and chargers out of sight. The wood top shows grain variation — not laminate trying to look like wood. Standard 29.5-inch height pairs with most office chairs.

Available in widths from 39 to 71 inches, so you can fit a laptop setup or spread out dual monitors and a notebook. The spec sheet says "cable management not included," which means no built-in grommets — you'll need adhesive clips or a tray if you want cords routed neatly.
