French Ginkgo Leaf Glass 5/8-Light Semi-Flush Ceiling Light

The ginkgo leaf motif runs across five or eight glass shades, depending on which size you pick — 18 inches wide for hallways and breakfast nooks, 24 inches for open living rooms. Each shade houses an E14 bulb (not included) and sits close to the ceiling in a semi-flush mount, so you get overhead light without the glare that drops straight into your eyes when you look up.
