Nordic Gradient Glass Orb Island Chandelier for Kitchen
Description
A hand-blown glass orb fades from clear at the top to saturated blue, gray, or cognac at the base — the gradient catches light differently morning to evening. The single-head version works over a breakfast nook or nightstand; the three-head configurations (round or linear canopy) span dining tables or kitchen islands without blocking sightlines across the room.
Each 5.9-inch sphere hangs on an adjustable cord up to 39 inches, so you can set the height for an 8-foot ceiling or a double-height entryway. Fits standard E26 bulbs; a 40W Edison or dimmable LED keeps the gradient visible without glare. Hardwired installation — ceiling plate included.
Works in open-plan dining rooms, over bar carts, or clustered in café corners. The glass is durable but not waterproof; keep it in dry locations. Ships with mounting hardware.

Do I need an electrician to install this chandelier?
If your ceiling already has a junction box where an old fixture hung, a confident DIYer can swap it in about an hour. For new wiring, heavy multi-tier designs, or two-story installations, a licensed electrician is the safe choice and usually finishes in 1-2 hours.
Will this chandelier work with my ceiling height?
Keep at least 7 feet of clearance under the fixture in walkways, or 30-36 inches above a dining table. Check the fixture height under Dimensions and add room to adjust: many designs let you shorten the chain or cable at installation.
Can the hanging height be adjusted?
Yes - the suspension can be shortened at installation to suit your ceiling. Have the installer set the final drop before securing the canopy; extending beyond the included length requires compatible extra chain or cable.
What bulbs does it use, and are they included?
It takes E26 bulbs. Bulbs are sold separately. We recommend warm white (2700-3000K) LEDs for living spaces.
What color temperature should I choose for it?
Warm white (2700-3000K) flatters dining rooms, bedrooms, and living spaces; go 3500-4000K only where you want a crisper, more energetic feel. Since it takes standard bulbs, you set the mood simply by your bulb choice.
Is it compatible with US electrical systems?
Yes - this chandelier is built to US spec (110V-120V.220V-240V) and uses standard US wiring and bases. No converter or adapter is needed.
