Rustic Waterproof Rectangular Plant Stand
Description
This pine plant stand sits low and wide — a waterproof platform that keeps your fiddle-leaf fig or monstera off the floor and away from spills. The rectangular shape tucks under windows or along hallway walls where a round stand would jut out. Stained brown pine with a sealed finish that won't warp when you overwater.
Available in 22 sizes from compact 20-inch lengths up to 59 inches for multi-pot arrangements. All share the same 12-inch depth and leg construction. The 7-inch height works for low-profile succulents; 14-inch and 22-inch versions lift taller plants into better light. Holds ceramic, terracotta, or resin planters without tipping.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Partial assembly required — legs attach with included hardware. Works in sunrooms, kitchens, or covered porches. Limited product warranty included.

Important for European Customers
If you choose Express Shipping to the UK, EU, or other European destinations, please be aware that customs duties and VAT can be substantial (often 20-25% of order value, plus handling fees).

Tips for Smooth Shipping
To make sure your Lighom order arrives without any issues, please follow these tips before and after placing your order.
Before You Order
Provide a complete shipping address. Include apartment, unit, or building number — incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delivery failure.
Use a valid mobile phone number. Many carriers (especially DHL, FedEx, and local couriers) require a working phone number for delivery notifications. Orders without a phone number may be delayed or returned.
Use an email you check regularly. We send tracking updates, customs notices, and delivery alerts via email. Missing these can cause delays.
Choose the right shipping method. Standard (free) is best for non-urgent orders with no customs fees. Express (paid) is for urgent orders where customs fees apply.
Check product dimensions. Lighom products vary widely in size. Check the dimensions on each product page to make sure the item fits your space and delivery doorway, staircase, or elevator.
During Shipping
Track your order regularly. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Respond to carrier contact attempts. If the carrier emails or texts you, respond promptly. Missed delivery attempts can result in the package being returned to the sender — and additional reshipping fees.
Be available on delivery day. Larger items (chandeliers, floor lamps, furniture) may require a signature. If you can't be home, arrange for a neighbor to receive the package or designate a safe drop-off location with the carrier.
When Your Package Arrives
Inspect the package before opening. If you see any visible damage to the box, take photos immediately before opening. This is essential for damage claims.
Check the contents within 48 hours. Open carefully, check for any defects or missing parts, and contact us at service@lighom.com within 48 hours if you notice any issues.
Keep the original packaging. Save all original packaging materials for at least 14 days. You'll need them in case you decide to return the item or if we need to process a damage claim.
Test before installing lighting fixtures. Plug in or temporarily mount your light before final wiring to confirm size, brightness, and finish. Once installed, change-of-mind returns are no longer accepted.
Important Notes
- PO Boxes: Standard shipping only. Express shipping requires a physical street address.
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): We currently cannot deliver to military addresses — please use a stateside or civilian address.
- Remote areas: Some destinations may require additional delivery time. We'll contact you if this affects your order.
- Incorrect address: Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information cannot be refunded. Re-shipping fees may apply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Standard Shipping = No Customs Fees
Our standard shipping is fully duty-paid. You will not pay any customs duties, taxes, or import fees when your package arrives. The price at checkout is the final price.
Express Shipping = Customs Fees Apply
If you choose Express Shipping, customs fees may apply based on your country:
- USA: orders under $800 typically arrive duty-free
- Canada: orders under CAD $20 (gift) or CAD $40 (personal) duty-free
- EU: VAT and duties apply, can be 20-25% of order value
- UK: VAT applies on orders over £135
- Australia: GST applies on orders over AUD $1,000
Charges are assessed by your local customs authority and paid upon delivery. These fees are separate from your Lighom order total.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order ships, we cannot redirect it.
Can I split my order across multiple addresses?
Currently, each order ships to a single address. Please place separate orders for each destination.
Can I expedite my order after placing it?
Yes — contact service@lighom.com within 24 hours of ordering. We can upgrade you to Express Shipping if your order hasn't shipped yet (express fee applies).
What if I'm not home when delivery arrives?
Most carriers will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. You can also arrange a pickup at a nearby carrier facility using your tracking number.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to many countries and regions worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery options.
What if my package is lost in transit?
Contact service@lighom.com if your package hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.
Will I be charged customs fees on Standard Shipping?
No — our standard shipping is duty-paid. You will not pay any customs fees on arrival.
How do I know my order has shipped?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
Delivery Issues
Package not received after expected delivery date?
- Check tracking — sometimes the carrier marks "delivered" before the package physically arrives
- Check with neighbors and your local post office or customs office
- Wait 2-3 business days (most "missing" packages arrive in this window)
- If still missing, contact us at service@lighom.com within 30 days of the shipment date
We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Damaged on arrival?

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can it go on a balcony or patio?
It prefers indoors or a fully covered porch - repeated rain swells and splits natural materials.
Does it protect my floor from watering spills?
The stand lifts pots off the floor, but always pair each pot with a saucer - overflow finds its way down regardless of the stand. On hardwood, check for rubber or felt feet.
How much assembly is required?
It arrives partially assembled - typically you attach legs, shades, or handles to the pre-built body in 15-30 minutes.
Where should I place it for plant health?
Within a few feet of a window matching your plants' light needs - south for sun-lovers, north or east for shade plants. Rotate pots monthly so growth stays even instead of leaning toward the window.
Is it stable with a tall plant?
Keep the heaviest, tallest pots on the lowest tier or closest to the wall - a top-heavy arrangement is what tips stands, not the stand itself. In homes with pets or kids, position it in a corner rather than open floor.
How should I arrange plants on the tiers?
Sun-lovers on top where light is strongest, shade-tolerant plants below, trailing varieties on edges where they can spill. Rotate pots monthly so every plant gets its turn toward the window.
