Description
The pleated fabric shade diffuses light evenly across a reading chair or bedside without the glare you get from exposed bulbs. This floor lamp stands 62 inches tall on an iron base — stable enough that it won't tip when you bump it reaching for a book. Matte black or white finish hides dust and fingerprints between cleanings.
Takes standard E26 bulbs up to your preferred wattage; LED, incandescent, or CFL all work. The shade is 17 inches wide, so it throws enough light for task work without dominating a small room. Plug-in cord reaches standard outlets; no hardwiring.
Works in living rooms, bedrooms, or home offices where you need adjustable ambient light. Wipe the shade with a dry cloth; avoid water on the fabric. Bulb not included. Ships assembled with hardware.
